Return & Refund Policy

At Momentum Coffee, we take pride in delivering fresh, premium small-batch roasted coffee. Because our products are food items, all coffee sales are considered final once fulfilled.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled at no charge before they have been fulfilled by our roasting partner. Once an order has entered production or shipping, it can no longer be canceled.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of coffee products, we do not accept returns on opened or unopened coffee bags.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review the claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Shipping Issues

Momentum Coffee is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided during checkout.
